Biography
Curtis Paul is a former trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, Tax Division. He now represents taxpayers in federal court litigation involving Employee Retention Credit refund claims, federal tax liens, FBAR matters, and IRS penalties. He also advises on state and local tax issues, including property tax assessments and sales and use tax obligations, and handles transactional tax matters.
He clerked for the Hon. Stuart R. Berger of the Appellate Court of Maryland and is completing a Taxation LL.M. at Georgetown University Law Center.
